This role will drive efficiency, automation, and insights across Wrike, developing a vision for how HR systems, workflows, and analytics operate while also delivering hands-on support for day-to-day operations, workflows, automations, and reporting. You’ll translate complexity into scalable infrastructure that supports a dynamic, global organization, while shaping a roadmap that balances long-term transformation with near-term delivery.

As a Lead Talent & People Insights Partner, you will help build a solid culture of doing great work by creating and managing programs that help staff develop their skills. You will also track the success of these programs using data analysis to ensure they help staff advance in their careers. Your work will directly support the mission to accelerate career development and align talent strategies with business objectives.
