The People Intelligence, Engagement & PBP Partner transforms lifecycle data into organizational foresight, spotting trends, testing hypotheses, and translating insight into intelligent action that drives talent decisions. This role generates forward-looking narratives and leverages behavioral experimentation to unlock organizational value, informing how we retain and grow talent, and predictive analysis to increase productivity across our teams.

This role will lead Alma’s Compensation, Benefits, HR Compliance, HRIS & Analytics, and overall People Operations functions. As a key member of both the HR Leadership Team and Alma’s Senior Leadership Team, the VP will ensure that our people processes, rewards programs, and compliance strategies scale effectively as we grow, overseeing a team and shaping it as needed to support Alma’s expansion.
